Most odor work is not an insurance claim
Worth understanding before you call, because it saves a disappointing conversation later: odor removal is generally only covered when the odor came from a fire. Smoke odor after a covered fire loss is part of that claim, and we document it accordingly.

Can you get pet urine odor out of a floor?
It depends how far it has gone. On a sealed surface, yes. Once it has soaked through carpet into the pad and reached subfloor, it becomes a removal job for the pad and sometimes for a section of subfloor, followed by sealing. We will tell you which of those you are looking at before you pay for a treatment that will not hold.
