Our technicians treat your home or business the way they would want their own treated, and we would rather tell you something plainly than leave you guessing. All Dry Services of the Bluegrass handles water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation and storm cleanup for homes and businesses across Central Kentucky. It is a locally owned and operated business, registered in Shelby County and trading since 2022, working to the national training standards of the All Dry Services network while answering its own phone locally.

The mitigation work, the cleanup itself, is done by technicians we vet, train and employ. On a house that affects quality and consistency. In a secured commercial building, a school or a tenanted floor it also decides who walks through the door. For the rebuild stage we bring in subcontractors we trust and have worked with before, which is how most of this industry works, and we will always tell you who is coming.

Our values are the ones we would want from somebody working in our own house: integrity, doing the job right the first time, transparency about what we find and what it will take, and accountability when something is ours to answer for. From there the work is about limiting the loss: contents are protected, affected materials come out only where they cannot be dried in place, and commercial extraction, drying and air filtration equipment is set and monitored until the readings say the structure is dry. The record we keep, photographs, moisture readings and notes, is written for your insurance carrier as much as for you.
